Homestay Exchanges
Opening hearts and minds for years to come
Back by popular demand are our homestay exchanges. Expertly organized and executed, we partner American high schools with Foreign high schools to participate in reciprocal exchanges. Both groups stay with families for about 2-weeks at a time. They will spend a couple of days in schools shadowing their host student in classes and activities, while on other days, they go on local excursions to see the sites.
The US schools typically travel during winter or spring breaks, while European schools typically travel in the fall. These experiences are priceless when you think about the opportunities that not only the students have to see another country, but also for families that may have never gotten the chance to learn about another culture. Often families, students, and teachers make life-long friends and we have so many stories of independent trips to see each other long after the exchanges are finished.
We offer exchange programs with schools in the US, and Europe, and for a more cost-effective option, US groups can partner with a school in Canada.
