Day 1:

Travel to Chicago, upon arrival, meet with a local German-speaking guide for a full introduction to the still popular German center of Chicago (Lincoln Square). See the massive Goethe Statue. Have dinner at an authentic German restaurant before checking into the hotel.

Day 2:

Continue your German-inspired tour of Chicago. Have a tour of the German Architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's masterpieces. Grab a world-famous Sausage from Gene’s, and proceed to the popular Merz Apothecary for a tour. This has been a Swiss Family run pharmacy since 1875. Walk through the Lincoln Square train station to see a piece of the Berlin Wall erected as a monument. Have a group dinner and return to the hotel.

Day 3:

Spend some free time shopping in Lincoln Square before returning home.
