Montreal and Quebec City

Day 1:

Get your passports ready for an early departure for Montreal by motorcoach. When you arrive, check into your hotel and head to Old Montreal. Have lunch, then visit the Notre Dame Basilica, a gothic revival style church. Afterward, tour the historic town. Learn about the rich French heritage as you pass by the Place d’ Armes.


Walk through the famous plaza Jacques-Cartier, dubbed “the Wall Street” of Canada. See the beautiful Montreal City Hall, and go for a stroll down one of the most picturesque streets in Montreal; Rue St. Paul. If there is time, spend it in the public market or the Champ-d-Mars Park. Have dinner and return to your hotel.


Day 2:

In the morning, tour Saint Joseph’s Oratory, located atop Mount Royal and Canada’s largest church with one of the largest church domes in the world.


Have lunch in the Old Port then travel to Espace pour la vie Montreal for the rest of the day. Visit two of the five museums located in the “space for life.” Have dinner and return to your hotel.


Day 3:

In the morning, spend time in Jacques Cartier Square before departing for Quebec City. When you arrive, check into your hotel and have an overview tour of the city. See the Parliament and visit the Plains of Abraham and the museum. In the evening enjoy a dinner cruise on the St. Lawrence river. Have dinner and get ready for the Beaupre Coast in the morning.


Day 4:

Depart for the Beaupre Coast. Tour the Basilica of Sainte-Anne de Beaupre. Then spend time in Parc de la Chute and Montmorency Falls. Have lunch along the way. For dinner, eat in an authentic Canadian Sugar Shack.


Day 5:

In the morning, have a tour of the famous Chateau Frontenac and learn about its history and architecture. Have lunch and depart for home
