Combined with her lifelong passions for travel, customer service, and technology, Heather has many life experiences that provide a unique perspective in the tour industry. She always thinks outside the box when necessary to handle itinerary challenges or tour disruptions.
Heather believes the art of communication is crucial to success and anything can be accomplished by effectively communicating. Her talents are hearing what is not being said while remaining clear and calm in her words and emotions.
Heather has successfully run hundreds of group tours for High School groups, teachers, and families. She has navigated dealing with suppliers during many weather-related or medical travel disruptions.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time thinking about travel, riding her motorcycle, and snowboarding in the White Mountains!
