Owner, Tour Package Specialist, Logistics Coordinator, Finance Manager
Her career began as a bookkeeper for a small Student Tour Operator, and she held this position for 5 years. The job grew to include other areas of the business, including booking, communications, graphic design and marketing.
In 2017 she became the Operations Manager. Here she gained more extensive knowledge of booking, including group airline reservations, hotel, bus and admissions. During this time she oversaw the operations, marketing and financial divisions of the company.
She has contributed to the success of hundreds of successfully run tours. Her passion for travel and education were a crucial part of this success. Heidi has a friendly, down-to-earth and candid personality that makes her an easy person for teachers to contact and communicate with.
Outside of work she enjoys reading and participating in a local book club, exercising and focusing on a healthy lifestyle, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
